Partnering for Success
Discover how Lexia® LETRS® professional learning empowers educators to improve literacy outcomes and provides district leaders with a road map for sustainable success. In this video, you’ll hear from Ashley Kennedy, a district director of Instruction and Innovative Practice about what’s possible.
Cobb County School District, one of Georgia’s largest districts, embarked on a transformative literacy journey with LETRS. Supported by Georgia’s Readiness and Literacy Grant, the district implemented LETRS for teachers and Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators to enhance educator knowledge and student outcomes. The partnership has proven invaluable, equipping nearly 600 teachers and 30 administrators with the tools to identify student needs and deliver targeted instruction.
Central to this success has been the role of a dedicated Lexia® District Success Manager. From managing logistics and resources to providing real-time updates and strategic insights, the Success Manager worked side by side with district leaders to streamline implementation and support educators every step of the way. Monthly strategy meetings and integrated communication tools like Teams have ensured seamless collaboration and alignment across the district.
For Cobb County educators, LETRS is more than professional learning—it’s a gold-standard solution. Teachers describe the training as transformative, bridging gaps left by traditional preparation programs. Administrators note how LETRS has strengthened instructional frameworks, enhanced goal-setting, and prepared the district to meet emerging literacy legislation.
