Courtney Lough earned her Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and Master of Science degree in reading education from the University of South Florida, Tampa. She has been a part of Pasco County Schools since 1997 and served in the roles of elementary teacher, reading specialist, literacy coach, sr. instructional specialist K–1 literacy and numeracy, sr. instructional specialist, K–6 ELA. Currently, Lough is the sr. instructional specialist, K–12 literacy intervention programs and services.
