The Lexia English Language Development™ program addresses Goal 1 of the plan: ensuring every student receives high-quality, evidence-based literacy instruction. Advanced technology—including speech recognition—facilitates interactive academic English speaking, listening, and grammar practice across various subjects. Lexia English employs culturally responsive pedagogies that affirm learners of all backgrounds, offering individualized learning paths for each student and motivating them through choice and progress celebrations.

With three implementation options fitting into a 30-minute period, five days a week, Lexia English allows for flexible learning during, before, and after school. This comprehensive approach ensures students receive the support they need to accelerate literacy and English language proficiency.
