Software Support Policies
The customer will have the option to co-terminate maintenance as long as the new term is at least 12 months.
Maintenance is non transferable. You cannot transfer the license to another school district.
Customers with active Support are eligibility to buy add-on licenses with discounts based on cumulative school purchases.
Customers who have an expired Software Support Agreement can reactivate the agreement once they have paid 50% of the software list price to bring the software current.
